    • You'll leverage (and improve) existing monitoring processes to identify performance, scalability and reliability opportunities. Champion best practices in deployment and maintenance, ensuring our AI solutions are effective, resilient, and cost-efficient.
    • You'll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, domain experts and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly, as well as to identify business and growth opportunities.
    • You'll stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI and machine learning, particularly in the context of educational technology, to drive innovation within our products.

What you'll bring to Atomi

    • You’ve got first-hand experience building, fine-tuning and deploying deep learning models on the cloud. (Bonus points if you’re familiar with LLMs, Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning, and NLP behavioural/adversarial testing.)
    • You have proven experience with data processing, storage solutions, and implementing scalable data pipelines.
    • You’re proficient in software development best practices, including version control with Git, continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
    • You have a strong understanding of computer science/engineering fundamentals and first principles covering system design, data structures, architecture, and design patterns.
    • You have expertise with Python coding, common tools in the ML ecosystem (e.g. PyTorch) and cloud services (e.g. AWS). (Bonus points if you’re also familiar with SQL, Pydantic, FastAPI, the OpenAI SDK and a ML pipeline tool (e.g. Metaflow)
    • You have the ability to tackle complex problems, dealing with both the intricacies of language processing and the challenges of applying AI in real-world settings.
