The opportunity
As a School Partnerships Sr Account Executive, you’ll help more schools across Victoria discover how Atomi can lift teaching and learning. You’ll introduce Atomi to school leaders, learn what their classrooms need most, and guide them from first conversation to long-term partnership.
You’ll use curiosity and clear insight to understand school goals, shape solutions, and build trusted relationships. You’ll also work closely with our School Partnerships team so every school has a smooth experience from first demo to full adoption.
Victoria has seen strong momentum this year and there’s still plenty of untapped opportunity. You’ll focus on a warm, growing market with steady leads and lots of on-site engagement.
We expect you’ll spend two to three days a week visiting schools, mostly around Melbourne.
At Atomi, we move quickly and value transparency. Once you’re in the interview process, you’ll receive clear feedback and meaningful insights from the team. For this role, you can expect:
• Initial screen with Atomi’s People Team
• Interview Round 1: Role fit and culture interview
• Interview Round 2: Technical assessment (role play exercise)
• Interview Round 3: Final round with our CEO or one of our senior leaders

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with schools across Victoria
  • Connect with key contacts, including principals and heads of curriculum
  • Understand school needs and match them with the right Atomi solutions
  • Run engaging, insightful product demos (both virtual and on-site)
  • Manage the full sales journey from first contact to partnership
  • Guide pricing conversations and negotiate with confidence
  • Keep accurate notes in Salesforce to forecast and manage your pipeline
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
  • Track and report on engagement trends and customer feedback
  • Create a positive, professional experience for all contacts

What You'll Bring to Atomi

  • Proven success in either a full-cycle sales role, ideally in edtech or education OR previous experience in the education field (teacher, school admin, etc)
  • Experience working with schools or deep understanding of teaching and learning
  • Strategic sales mindset with a focus on long-term relationships
  • Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable managing a busy pipeline and ambitious targets
  • Familiarity using Salesforce and other sales tools preferred
  • Collaborative approach and openness to feedback
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Willingness to travel to schools across Victoria
  • Current driver’s licence valid in Australia
