The Opportunity
We are currently looking for subject matter experts to join our Content Team in two distinct capacities: Content Creators and Reviewers. These roles will play a pivotal role in developing or refining educational content that captivates and transforms learning for teachers and students.
Specific Subject Expertise Needed
We are seeking specialists with deep curriculum knowledge in the following areas:

English: Expertise in the VCE curriculum is a major priority.

Economics & Legal Studies: Strong experience with the HSC curriculum is required.

Psychology & Health and Human Development: Mastery of the VCE curriculum is required.
Role 1: Content Creator
Develop high quality educational content, including video scripts and assessments, by translating complex curriculum requirements into clear, student-friendly lesson plans.
Role 2: Reviewer
Ensure content excellence by proofreading syllabus aligned materials and providing detailed constructive feedback to creators to maintain high accuracy and brand standards.
What You'll Do
As a Content Creator, you will:

Develop high-quality written educational content, including video scripts, assessments, and text lessons.

Translate curriculum documents (VCE for English/Psych/Health or HSC for Econ/Legal) into practical lesson plans.

Research evidence-based methodologies and subject-specific knowledge to ensure content is accurate and effective.

Collaborate with designers and team leads to create a final product that delights users and reinforces our brand.
As a Reviewer, you will:

Proofread and edit syllabus-aligned scripts, quizzes, and lessons to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Provide detailed constructive feedback to help Content Creators maintain high quality and develop their writing skills.

Uphold the Atomi style guide to ensure all content is internally consistent and on-brand.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while working alongside the production team to deliver high-quality content.
