About The Role 🤩
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our network of mortgage brokers. At Bridgit, we believe that people buy from people they like and that is why we focus on meaningful relationships. If you’re someone who can confidently back yourself, build long-term partnerships, and bring a collaborative, friendly, and authentic approach to sales, we’d love to hear from you.
We have opportunities for this role to be based in Sydney or Melbourne!
Over The First 6-12 Months, You Will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mortgage brokers.
- Collaborate with our aggregator partners to maximize opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on loan scenarios and structures.
- Attend broker and Aggregator functions to represent Bridgit.
- Achieve settlement volume and agreed KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For 🧠
- Demonstrated experience in residential mortgage lending & sales.
- A proven track record of meeting sales and growth targets within the broker industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures.
- Relationship-first mindset with the ability to build deep and lasting partnerships.
- Friendly, energetic, and authentic approach to business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in group presentations.
- Problem-solving and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- A current non-restrictive Australian Driver’s License.
