About Us 🚀

Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property finance. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution – empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we’re making property finance seamless and stress-free.

We’re now four years old and making huge strides. We have accredited over two-thirds of Australia’s broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia’s largest aggregators – Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group – and we’re just getting started.

Our momentum has been recognised with awards such as Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards and finalist for Excellence in Lending (Business & Consumer) at the 2025 Finnies.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Bridgit’s fast-growing team in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about solving customer problems and eager to make an impact in a high-growth fintech.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the ‘how’ by getting hands-on with solution design, creating detailed process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user stories to turn high-level concepts into fully scoped, developer-ready features.
  • Champion an iterative delivery strategy by breaking down large projects into smaller, self-contained components. Ensure each release delivers real value and builds the foundation for future enhancements.
  • Work with the Head of Product to help evaluate, prioritise, and track product ideas, feature requests, and continuous improvements across the roadmap.
  • Scope and define new projects by breaking down complex initiatives into actionable tasks, helping to manage timelines, resource needs, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration by working closely with developers, designers, operations, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
  • Translate feedback and ideas into clear requirements, ensuring customer needs and internal insights are documented as user stories, acceptance criteria, or product specs for the development team.
  • Support testing, QA, and feature rollout, helping to identify bugs, edge cases, or usability gaps to ensure a polished, high-quality user experience at launch.
  • Maintain organised product documentation, keeping tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion up to date with relevant tasks, project notes, and development progress.
  • Advocate for the customer perspective across all stages of development, helping the team stay focused on solving real user problems and delivering meaningful value.
  • Contribute to data-informed decisions by assisting in the collection and analysis of product usage metrics, customer feedback, and performance trends.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a related role (e.g. project coordination, operations, marketing, business analysis, or customer success).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Interest in technology and product development—you don’t need to be technical, but you enjoy working with technical teams.

Bonus points for:

  • Any exposure to tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar.
  • Startup or scaleup experience.

Our Culture and Benefits

Bridgit values its team, they are the heart of how we build this business. Along with competitive remuneration, slick offices and the chance to be part of an innovative, agile fintech, we also offer:

  • Extra Leave – We offer birthday leave + an additional day of paid leave to be used for life events, celebrations, or just a mental health reset.
  • Two Weeks from Anywhere – We encourage employees to work remotely from a location of their choice for two weeks each year.
  • Learning and Development – All employees are encouraged and empowered to engage in professional development, including a number of learning initiatives run internally.
  • Social Events – We have a jam-packed social scene, with events throughout the year to bring the team together!
