The difference you’ll make
Join Bridgit as our Brand Marketing Lead and be influential in the development of our brand strategy while leading full-funnel programs that drive measurable growth. You’ll design and run integrated paid activity, implement brand tracking and MMM, and turn market research into actionable insights.
You’ll work in a fast-moving team, shaping creative, managing agencies and stakeholders, and partnering across the business to deliver campaigns with clear commercial impact. You’re part strategist, part operator, comfortable with budgets, data, and creative ideas that perform, including promotion ideation acquisition driver programs.
What you'll do;
- Lead brand positioning, architecture, messaging, and visual identity governance across all touchpoints.
- Build and run the annual brand program: awareness, consideration, preference, Share of Voice/Share of Search.
- Set the full-funnel strategy (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU) across video/CTV, programmatic, paid social, search/PMAX, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Own the media budget, pacing, and mix-model recommendations; brief and steer creative for effectiveness.
- Manage agencies and vendors to deliver on-time, on-budget, on-target campaigns.
- Commission quarterly market research to inform positioning, creative, offers, and product roadmaps.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Risk/Credit to ensure messaging consistency and compliant creative.
- Manage design function, ensuring alignment to guidelines and brand distinctiveness.

What you’ll bring:
- 7–10+ years across brand + paid media; proven impact at a high-growth brand or scale-up.
- Hands-on with integrated campaigns and sizable paid budgets; strong agency stewardship.
- Working knowledge of MMM/econometrics and incrementality testing; able to simplify stats for stakeholders.
- Tools fluency: GA4, ad platforms (Google Ads/PMAX, Meta, DV360/TTD), brand trackers (e.g., YouGov/Qualtrics), BI (Looker/Power BI), experimentation.
- Sharp creative judgement and a bias for measurable impact; financial literacy (budgeting/forecasting).
- Leadership & cultural fit: you set clear standards, give/seek feedback, grow people, and model Bridgit’s values—collaborative, candid, curious, and customer-first.
