About Us 🚀
Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property equity. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution – empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we’re making property finance seamless and stress-free.
We’re now five years old and making huge strides. We have accredited over three-quarters of Australia’s broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia’s largest aggregators – Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group – and we’re just getting started.
Our momentum has been recognised with awards such as Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards, 2025 Finder People’s Choice Award for Lending Innovation, the finalist for Excellence in Lending (Business & Consumer) at the 2025 Finnies, Deloitte's tech fast 50 2025 and finally; being recognised as one of LinkedIn’s top 20 Start Up’s in Australia 2025.
The difference you’ll make
As our Partnerships Marketing team grows, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive broker engagement across our network. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in developing the strategy, building the programs, and driving the commercial outcomes that make our broker channel a core growth lever.
Working closely with the Partnerships, wider marketing, and Sales and Distribution teams, you'll develop the campaigns and lifecycle activity that move brokers from passive to active and have the hands-on capability to execute it yourself.
What you’ll do
Plan and execute partner campaigns and co-marketing initiatives; EDMs, articles, landing pages and digital assets; tailored to each partner's audience.
Build co-branded campaigns with aggregator and industry partners, aligning budgets, timing and objectives within partner brand guidelines.
Lead broker-facing initiatives; product guides, use case campaigns, scenario promotions and thought leadership — that build broker confidence and position Bridgit as the go-to lender.
Own broker communications end to end through our CRM — building, scheduling and QA'ing sends, managing lists and segmentation.
Deliver partner events and trade activity — logistics, invitations, signage, presentation support and follow-up that converts attendance into pipeline.
Manage partner and broker collateral, ensuring materials support active campaigns and stay current.
Turn competitor intelligence and broker insights into campaign opportunities that sharpen our positioning.
Track partner campaign performance via CRM data, refining to lift results.
