The difference you'll make:

We are looking for a first-class Sales Operations Analyst to join the Bridgit team. This role sits at the centre of how we understand sales and business performance, turning data into insights that shape decisions across Credit, Sales and Operations. It would be suited to someone who is passionate about joining a high growth fintech space, loves working with data, and who thrives in a fast paced environment.

What you'll do:

Work closely with our Credit, Sales and Operations team to find efficiency improvement opportunities throughout the end-to-end journey of the loan application process.

• Build, monitor and maintain sales and performance dashboards, keeping metrics accurate and up to date and surfacing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders on business performance.

• Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate findings into performance insights and recommendations for leadership.

• Support in management of third-party onboarding and relationship management.

• Liaise with the Sales team to ensure scorecards and performance monitoring remains relevant and is being used efficiently.

What are we looking for:

At least 2 years experience in a business analyst role or equivalent.

• Strong experience creating, analysing and monitoring dashboards and reporting (PowerBI, HubSpot), with the ability to interpret data and turn it into clear performance insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Tenacious attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• A track record of getting it done. You favour delivery over talk.

• Passion to learn and develop, the drive to get stuck in and own your area of the business.

• Strong organisational skills, you will be liaising with stakeholders in Bridgit regularly.

• A friendly, energetic, authentic and helpful approach to your work.
