About the Opportunity

Customer Success is the real deal at Enboarder. We provide a consultative approach with our customers to become trusted advisors. This role is a hands on, client facing role for our mid-tier customers in APAC.

Beyond long term relationship management, you will act as a true consultant. You will lead short term projects, taking a deep dive into customer requirements to design and build bespoke employee journeys directly within the Enboarder platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customised success plans to align with customer goals and maximise platform utilisation.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
  • Use data insights and health metrics to identify and proactively address potential churn risks within the portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded usage or additional services and pass these to the Sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead consultative workshops to map out complex HR processes and translate them into high performing workflows.
  • Manage and deliver short term professional services engagements, including the end to end build of custom content and logic within the Enboarder platform.
  • Regularly track, measure, and report on customer outcomes and project delivery milestones, highlighting key trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Proven expertise in Professional Services, specifically in designing and building solutions for clients is desired.
  • Ability to manage multiple short term projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the client's design specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate abstract business needs into actionable process maps.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders on both strategic goals and technical project details.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and HR tech is a plus.

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Gross revenue retention, ensuring long term stability of the portfolio.
  • Timely and successful completion of short term professional services projects.
  • Improvements in health scores, churn rates, and sentiment metrics like NPS/CSAT.
  • How quickly new processes or custom builds lead to measurable ROI for the customer.
