Following significant customer growth in Financial Services, we need a Senior SaaS B2B Enterprise Account Executive to work with businesses who are exploring Fortiro and to spend time with our existing customers to empower them to fully scale their Fortiro relationship.
Timing is everything: Globally, Financial Services businesses are experiencing increasing volumes of document fraud whilst speeding up processing to onboard and service clients. Fortiro’s unique AI document fraud detection and automation software drives growth and protects these clients – and even globally we have very few competitors.
About the role: Senior Sales Account Executive
Following on from strong enterprise growth, we need a seasoned Senior Sales Account Executive to scale Fortiro’s products in our existing Enterprise accounts.
Your day to day will include account planning, lead generation, relationship development and pipeline opportunity progression per Fortiro’s Sales Operating Model.

Experience:
- Industry Network - You have relevant and strong connections into key accounts such as Tier 1, Tier 2 banks, insurers, non-bank lenders, etc...
- B2B Enterprise – you have an exceptional track record in B2B sales, which includes lead gen, outbound prospecting, email or social media, sales qualification, sales demos, negotiating terms with the prospect and closing a sale
- Software/SaaS sales – you have experience selling technology, ideally software/SaaS, and are comfortable with talking to business and technology stakeholders about innovative solutions
- Financial Services – you have relevant industry experience, ideally in consumer credit, fraud, financial crime, collections, lending products/operations, claims operations, etc.
Skills:
- Great communicator - Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills across all levels of enterprise stakeholders including C-level
- Polished presenter - Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel for analysis, PowerPoint for presentations) to create impactful analysis and polished presentations for clients and prospects
- You consult, educate and challenge - You have an ability to analyse a customer’s business challenges, offer unique perspectives and use two-way communication skills to educate people about Fortiro and our solutions
- Client focussed – Able to identify customer value and economic drivers to tailor messages and offers to resonate with the customer
- Confident with business cases and pricing discussions - You are confident discussing pricing in the context of client budgets and can work with the customer to reach a win-win outcome
- Relationship builder - Known as somebody who is confident to strike up a conversation cold – whether it’s in person at a conference, or online using LinkedIn. Confident building relationship maps and working with prospects and partners to identify and drive opportunities within enterprise accounts
- Organised – you are a planner, you keep the CRM up to date, forecast with accuracy and keep your team up to date
- Formal training and certification in leading sales frameworks, while not a ‘must have’ will be highly regarded (Mercuri, Kellogg, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
Responsibilities – you will...
- Manage prospects through the sales process milestones and record progress
- Represent our products, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to customer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs
- Meet or exceed assigned targets
- Work with the Head of Sales to ensure revenue targets and forecasts are achieved
