This role is central to driving pipeline creation, building regional brand presence, and shaping meaningful customer engagement across multiple channels.

About The Role
We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to help accelerate our growth by creating targeted regional marketing programs that directly support sales outcomes. You will partner closely with sales, product marketing, customer success, and partnerships to design and deliver high impact campaigns and events. Your work will turn commercial priorities into structured, data driven field marketing activities that influence revenue and strengthen Fortiro’s presence in the market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and execute integrated regional marketing campaigns that support MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets
- Align with sales leaders to define regional priorities and translate these into structured marketing programs
- Localise messaging and content to ensure relevance for regional audiences
- Own and deliver events end to end including webinars, roundtables, conferences, partner events, customer breakfasts, and thought leadership sessions
- Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and promotional activities to ensure successful events
- Run ABM programs for priority accounts with personalised content, outreach, and multi channel execution
- Partner with sales teams to support deal progression and expansion opportunities
- Create sales enablement assets such as one pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and regional insights
- Track campaign metrics through CRM and MAP tools with clean attribution and timely reporting
- Analyse data to optimise future program design and investment
- Strengthen brand visibility through sponsorships, partner initiatives, community activities, and customer advocacy
- Proven experience running integrated field marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline impact
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions including lead lifecycle, funnel conversion, attribution, and ABM
- Ability to design and deliver standout events across virtual, in person, and partner led formats
- Confident user of HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms, with strengths in reporting and data driven optimisation
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to turn performance insights into improved campaign design
- Excellent written and visual communication, comfortable creating compelling content, decks, and regional messaging
- High ownership mindset with strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple programs and events simultaneously
- Collaborative approach with proven success partnering closely with sales, product marketing, and CS
