This role will play a key part in building and evolving our product as we continue to transform how we deliver learning experiences. At Go1, we’re entering a transformative phase as we rebuild our product with AI at the core. We’re heavily leveraging LLM-driven development across our workflows, and we expect our engineers to do the same. This means you’ll be working closely with AI-powered tooling as part of your day-to-day, using it to experiment, iterate, and deliver smarter, faster outcomes. This is a broad, product-focused role where you’ll work across a range of challenges, partnering closely with product, data, and the wider business to deliver meaningful impact. Day to day, your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Writing, testing, building and deploying high-quality software.</li> <li>Performing code reviews, writing tests and resolving software issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to solve problems and design solutions.</li> <li>Contributing to the documentation and knowledge base of your team.</li> <li>Participating in, and contributing to the teams agile processes.</li> <li>Learning and growing your development skills.</li> </ul> What we are looking for: <ul> <li>A growth mindset: you need to be passionate about learning.</li> <li>Approximately 2 years of full-time, professional software development experience.</li> <li>Comfortable in or to learn of at least one of our core development platforms: NodeJS, PHP, React, Typescript.</li> <li>An understanding of how to test software, from unit testing to system testing.</li> <li>Proficient written and verbal communication, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.</li> <li>Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English</li> </ul> Desirable: <ul> <li>Experience in both UI and service development.</li> <li>Experience in SaaS or product development.</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), service oriented architectures, API-driven development or microservices.</li> </ul> #LI-AD1 #LI-REMOTE<div class="content-conclusion">Perks and Benefits  What makes Go1 special?
