About the role
Inspace is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our industry-defining property visualisation business. Located in Sydney or Melbourne, you will be working closely with our customers, building strong long term relationships and finding opportunities for value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for Inspace products and services within customer organizations, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are addressed.
- Project Management: Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of Inspace Stack experiences to customers, providing internal quality assurance.
- Customer Onboarding and Product Guidance: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, gathering materials for successful Inspace Stack deliveries. Educate customers on how to maximize the effectiveness of their Inspace Stack experience.
- Customer Support and Relationship Management: Respond to and resolve customer support tickets promptly, conducting periodic health checks to drive customer satisfaction and sales success.
- Renewals and Customer Development: Support customer renewals, maintaining long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
About you
To be successful in this position you will be someone who possesses the following:
- Proven experience in a Customer Success function, account management, or client services role within the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to drive user engagement, adoption, and successful customer onboarding
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines and projects effectively
- Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in using CRM systems and conducting data analysis
