As we continue to expand our UK footprint and product offering, we’re looking for an all-guns-blazing Customer Success Executive to join our vibrant team, and help support and grow our current brand and agency partners. This role is open to candidates who can work in London only. Please note that this is a hybrid role and requires one day a week in the London office (mandatory).
Job Description:
Collaborating with global teams to provide curated recommendations for the UK market.
Handling client messages promptly and efficiently, managing customer communication, and resolving queries.
Providing well-researched and detailed recommendations to advertising clients to optimize their campaigns and maximise their ROI.
Preparing comprehensive and detailed reports for the publishing team to present to clients, providing insights and progress updates.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including key members from finance and technology departments, to maintain uniform reporting and dispute resolution processes.
Regularly revising and maintaining internal and external reports as well as monitoring various tracking documents, with daily and weekly updates.
Supporting the UK team with client inquiries, recommendations, and day-to-day client management (including managing an individual client patch).
Continuously working on improving customer engagement and satisfaction, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Must be London-based.
Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated enthusiasm for promoting digital marketing, publishing, and Adtech products/solutions, with a preference for candidates possessing 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Inherently motivated to lead new initiatives, problem-solving challenges, and identify existing opportunities to optimise/improve current workflows.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
£30k Annual Base Salary, based on relevant experience
Variable Compensation Based On KPIs Paid Quarterly
