About Mastt

At Mastt we believe the future of construction is human + AI.

Our vision is Agentic AI in every construction project team, creating a true human + AI workforce. Mastt aims to free the industry from manual work and supercharges humans to be 10x faster, smarter, and more impactful — redefining how the world builds.

Our mission at present is to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI in construction, unleashing productivity and enabling projects to move with greater speed, confidence, and efficiency.

Since 2019, Mastt has been on a journey that began with a simple goal: to eliminate spreadsheets and manual reporting in construction. Today, that mission has evolved into an AI-first approach, building an entirely new category of tool where humans and AI work together seamlessly.

Mastt AI is used globally, from self-serve project teams to enterprise-scale governments and Fortune 500s. Our product-led platform is trusted across APAC, USA and MENA, powering billions of dollars in projects and redefining how the world builds.

The future of construction is being built right here, with Mastt.

About The Role

As Mastt’s AI Technical Trainer, you will be the face and voice of Mastt AI education. You will create world-class video training content — talking-head presentations and screen-recorded walkthroughs — that teaches construction professionals how to put Agentic AI to work on real projects.

This is a hands-on content creation role sitting within the Marketing team. You will translate powerful but complex AI capabilities into clear, engaging, practical video lessons: from first-login onboarding to advanced applied use cases like AI-assisted cost reporting, risk management, and project controls.

Your work will directly drive product adoption, activation, and customer success at scale — every video you publish trains thousands of users without a single live session.

You will need to be equally comfortable in front of a camera, behind a microphone, and inside the product. Y

ou understand AI tools deeply enough to demonstrate them credibly, and you understand construction well enough to make every example land with capital project professionals.

Objective

The overarching objective of the AI Technical Trainer is to accelerate the adoption of AI by producing a library of high-quality, on-demand video training that turns new users into confident, capable operators of Agentic AI — measurably improving activation, feature adoption, and time-to-value across our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Video production — Plan, script, record, and edit talking-head and screen-recorded (over-content) training videos covering Mastt AI features and applied construction use cases.

Curriculum design — Design structured learning paths — from getting-started fundamentals to advanced agentic workflows — that map to real construction roles and project stages.

Product expertise — Stay hands-on with Mastt AI and the broader AI landscape (LLMs, agents, prompting techniques) so demonstrations are accurate, current, and credible.

Applied use cases — Translate AI capabilities into construction-specific scenarios — cost management, reporting, risk, scheduling, project controls — that resonate with project managers, cost consultants, and owners.

Production quality — Own the end-to-end production pipeline: scripting, teleprompter, camera, lighting, audio, screen capture, editing, captioning, and publishing.

Content maintenance — Keep the video library current as the product evolves — rapidly re-recording or updating content when features change.

Collaboration — Work with Product to preview upcoming releases, and with Marketing to align training content with campaigns, launches, and the content calendar.

Measurement — Track video performance (views, completion, activation impact) and iterate on format, length, and style based on data.

AI-first workflow — Use AI tools throughout your own workflow — scripting, editing, voiceover, localisation — to produce more, faster. Practise what we teach.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience producing instructional or training videos — confident on camera and skilled at screen-recorded product walkthroughs.

• Strong practical proficiency with AI products (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, agentic tools) and the ability to explain and demonstrate them to non-technical audiences.

• Skilled with video recording tools — e.g., Loom. Riverside — and comfortable owning recording setup end to end.

• Excellent scriptwriting and verbal communication — able to make complex topics simple, engaging, and jargon-free.

• Experience in or strong familiarity with the construction / capital projects industry (project management, cost management, or project controls) is highly regarded.

• Background in technical training, customer education, developer relations, or SaaS product content preferred.

• Self-directed and comfortable owning a content pipeline in a fast-moving, AI-first startup environment.

What Success Looks Like

• A growing, well-structured library of training videos covering every core AI capability and key construction use cases.

• Measurable lift in sign ups, feature adoption, and reduced time-to-value attributable to training content.

• Training content consistently cited by customers and the go-to-market team as a reason Mastt is easy to adopt.
