About Job

Neara is seeking a motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet our organization’s staffing needs. You will leverage your expertise in talent sourcing and recruitment software to streamline our hiring process and ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruiting.

  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of current trends in sourcing and recruitment best practices.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify potential candidates for open positions.

  • Maintain and manage candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment software.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a robust talent pool.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate experience.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines
