We’re growing our Strategy & Business Operations team — a central function that drives high-impact initiatives across the business. This team works closely with senior leadership (including the CEO and department heads) and plays a pivotal role in helping Neara scale globally and operate effectively.

This is a rare opportunity to play a critical role in scaling a category-defining company, with strong exposure to executive leadership and a fast track to future operating roles.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

As part of this team, you’ll work on some of the most important challenges facing the company. You will:

• Drive the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives across product, sales, engineering, and operations

• Analyse business performance, build dashboards, and support key data initiatives that drive better decisions

• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process improvements across global teams

• Support internal planning and goal-setting cycles, helping teams align on priorities and outcomes

• Be a thought partner to leadership on company growth, market expansion, and operational strategy
