What to Expect:

Step 1: Apply & Showcase Your Skills
Submit your application through our online form, complete our short virtual assessment and chat to a member of our team. Once we verify your details, we’ll move you through compliance checks and issue your contract.

Step 2: Finalise your Certification
You’ll complete our comprehensive training, designed to enhance your expertise and equip you to deliver high-quality work through Visory.

Step 3: Receive Work Offers
Once certified, you’ll start receiving offers for client engagements that match your skills, availability, and industry preferences.

Step 4: Choose Your Clients and Commitments
We offer a range of engagements - from smaller, low-touch clients to larger, more complex portfolios - allowing you to tailor your workload based on your availability and preferences.

What you’ll do as a Visory Certified Expert:

You’ll manage key bookkeeping processes for your client portfolio, including:

  • Daily coding & bank reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Month-end close
  • Management reporting
  • BAS/IAS preparation
  • Responding to client queries and information requests

All workflows are clearly defined in our platform so you know what’s due and when - helping you plan your time and stay in control of your schedule.

You’ll be supported by Visory’s internal team, who manage the client relationship, including onboarding, account management, and follow-ups, so you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional bookkeeping.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Are based in Australia
  • Are passionate about bookkeeping and helping businesses grow
  • Have deep experience in end-to-end bookkeeping, from day-to-day reconciliations to complex reporting
  • Have a track record of independently managing books, either through your own clients or via freelance/contracting work
  • Are a registered BAS agent
  • Are confident using cloud accounting software and related tools
  • Enjoy working remotely and communicating via online messaging and video calls
