Zitcha is a global retail media technology company purpose-built for retailers. We help enterprise retailers plan, deliver, and measure retail media across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels through a unified platform. With customers across ANZ and EMEA and a growing market in the US, Zitcha is at the forefront of next-generation retail media.

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to fill a 6-month maternity leave period and oversee the execution of Zitcha’s preplanned global marketing programs, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role if it’s a good fit for both parties.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership and working closely with sales, product, success and external partners, this role will be responsible for overseeing Zitcha’s global marketing engine.

You’ll oversee demand, campaigns, content, events, and marketing operations – ensuring momentum continues across ANZ, the UK, and the US.

This is a hands-on, B2B SaaS marketing role suited to someone confident operating with autonomy, managing multiple regions, and ensuring strategy is delivered.

This role owns the performance of Zitcha’s global marketing programs, working closely with a small but high-impact team.

Success in this role requires someone who is highly collaborative, communicates proactively, and works with initiative – able to keep momentum across multiple workstreams without being asked.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Planning

• Deliver marketing OKRs that clearly link spend and activity to revenue outcomes, reviewing progress each quarter

• Own the global marketing plan and regional priorities across the US, EMEA and APAC

• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities

Demand Generation & Performance

• Oversee global and regional demand generation and ABM programs across paid campaigns, organic search, partner activity, and events – ensuring channels are optimised for efficiency and pipeline contribution

• Review performance regularly and adjust campaigns based on results

• Ensure campaigns are effectively building relevant (ICP) pipeline for global sales

Content, Brand & Messaging

• Own pre-set messaging, positioning, and campaign narratives across regions

• Partner closely with the Product Marketing Manager on launches, messaging, and enablement

• Oversee the delivery of content across channels while maintaining brand consistency

Events, Partnerships & PR

• Own strategy and priorities for events, sponsorships, webinars, and partner activity

• Manage the PR relationship with our global PR agencies

• Coordinate delivery with the Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Opps, Graphic Designer and external partners

• Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of events and partnerships

• Coordinate, attend and assist in any execution onsite for events

Marketing Operations & Governance

• Own results with the given budget

• Review and report on weekly and monthly reporting criteria (pre-set) to provide clear visibility to leadership and the Zitcha team

Team & Collaboration

• Lead and coordinate a mixed team of internal and freelance resources

• Provide clear briefs, priorities, and feedback to ensure high-quality delivery

• Foster strong, proactive communication across the team

• Act as a trusted marketing partner to Sales, Product, and Customer Success

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally enterprise, martech or adtech

• Proven ownership of KPIs, pipeline and revenue outcomes (ARR, NRR), not just leads

• Strong experience running demand generation and ABM programs end-to-end

• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting)

• Experience managing multi-region or global marketing programs

• Comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a fast-paced, scaling environment

• Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail

• Confident, proactive communicator able to work cross-functionally and remotely

• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and content execution

• Data-driven marketer who can clearly report performance and recommendations to leadership

• Willing to work across time zones (flexible)

Nice to have

• Experience in retail media, adtech, martech, or commerce media technology

• Comfortable working with Reddit Ads

• A desire to grow and manage an entire region following the contract
