Your Role
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Business Development activities in the United States. This includes:
- Overall business development lead generation and follow-through to paid business opportunities
- Managing Business Development team members
- Representing Syenta at trade-shows and other industry events
- Aligning with Syenta HQ and reporting on progress of the US team
- Location: For this role we will only accept US Based candidates with strong preference to Phoenix based employees, or willing to travel frequently.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in semiconductor manufacturing, e.g. at an IC design firm, OSAT or foundry, with strong business development and sales acumen.
- Communication: Ability to strongly influence and inspire during client conversations.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working across time zones (US/Europe/Australia/Asia) and traveling up to 20-40%.
- Independence: Capable of working with minimal supervision
- A large network within US semiconductor ecosystem
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Direct experience selling Advanced Packaging technology such as lithography or deposition techniques.
- Proven track record of closing commercial deals in the $2-5M USD range.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a commitment to keeping records up to date.
- Technical Aptitude: Good understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process, high interest in deep-tech with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 annually.
- OTE Package (base + bonus): up to $250,000+ with uncapped sales bonuses.
